All historical reports are located in one centralized list which is indexed to the project start date, location name, and a notification if an over-exposure to any agent occurred. Clients with a large quantity of reports will find the advanced searching capabilities of IHeAccess a vital feature. Reports are searchable by: Start Date (specific date or within a range), Sampler Entity, Sampler Name, Location, Over-Exposure occurrence, and by Chemical/Agent Sampled. For example with a click of a button one can quickly identify all reports that contain hexavalent chromium sample results. Additional filter selections can identify all reports that contain hexavalent chromium sample results, sampled by a particular person within a specified time frame, at a specified location.

Historical industrial hygiene monitoring reports may contain sensitive employee or site-specific information that must be maintained in a secure location for many years. For this reason all IHeAccess data is secure socket layer (SSL) encrypted and housed on remote servers in a locked-down data center with an uptime of 99.999%. The guarded data center facility provides multiple redundant state-of-the-art security features that include:
