Testimonials from our Customers
We have worked with WSH fairly consistently for almost seven years on industrial hygiene projects. I have found their knowledge, competence, integrity, and reliability to be excellent, well beyond other similar consultants. Early on, WSH conducted a complicated and rarely used Negative Exposure Assessment field test for a difficult customer of ours, and all involved were impressed by their field protocol and test results. I would recommend, and have recommended, WSH to both industrial clients and other environmental consultants in need of competent industrial hygiene consulting services.

I am the Chief Engineer for a 36-story office building. Workplace Safety and Health has done our Semi-Annual air quality testing for over a decade. WS&H also performs annual legionella and lead testing for the building. We find that these testing programs help in assuring our tenants are provided with a healthy work environment. I have always found WS&H to be very accommodating and proficient in accomplishing these tasks.
WS&H has also provided some required OSHA training for our employees. This training has been tailored to suit our needs, which is very much appreciated. I would certainly recommend WS&H to any company requiring their services.

My first experience with the company was in 2001, shortly before Workplace Safety & Health Co. purchased the assets of Exemplar International’s industrial hygiene division. Our own company (previously General Electric) had just gone through a buyout and had purchased American Silicones. We originally hired Exemplar to conduct IH air sampling in our facility, but the relationship transferred to Workplace Safety with the same consultants doing the field work. We have continued a very good relationship throughout the last thirteen years with Workplace Safety. Projects have consisted of Air Sampling, Noise Monitoring, and Job Exposure Assessments. The quick response and help that we receive from their trained professionals are reasons we continue to use their services.

Tompkins County or Ithaca, New York, has worked with WSH for two years. They worked on a very complicated Lockout Tagout Procedures for over 100 systems. They have done a magnificent job and were also extremely effective in delivery training to our 10 man staff. The finished LOTO procedures are excellent and look very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any contract, and it has been a pleasure to work with such a professional organization and caring individuals.
They get the job done ahead of schedule.

I have worked with Dick Griffith since 1992. Personally, he has been a mentor and a good friend. As for our professional relationship, I have only had positive outcomes with each project. I hire his company to conduct services which I do not provide and have had each project completed on-time and within the budgeted amounts. The staff of consultants he has hired are professional and can “work” with the clients. I could not be more pleased. As a small company owner, I appreciate having WHS as a partner I can recommend when needed.

Knauf Insulation has done business with Workplace Safety and Health Company for over fifteen years. Workplace Safety has performed virtually 100% of Knauf’s industrial hygiene assessments during that period at our three plants in Indiana, Alabama and California. We have utilized them for our routine periodic IH assessments (noise, silica, ammonia, formaldehyde, confined spaces, etc.). They have also brought valuable expertise to the table when needed to assess potential exposures and impacts of new raw materials in the workplace. Their work has always been professional, timely, and reasonably priced, and we would not hesitate in recommending Workplace Health and Safety to any company.

Honda Transmission Manufacturing has worked with Workplace Safety and Health Company for over 12 years. The two primary projects are plant wide:
- Lockout/Tagout procedure development, utilizing a data base system (WHAM-Lock)
- Confined Space Assessments.
As new projects come in and/or equipment is installed, Workplace Safety and Health safety support specialists provide on-site services to conduct equipment specific evaluation, LOTO draft development for validation, and final copy print out for official line side posting. In addition to the procedure development, any related training support is also provided. This service continues to build a strong working relationship between Honda Transmission Mfg. (HTM) and Workplace Safety and Health Company.
Honda Transmission Mfg. is pleased with our professional working relationship and look forward to continued project activities in the future.
